Originally, the old house was very small, located right next to the dike, with the ground floor and backyard lying below its base. The house held many cherished memories, so when the opportunity came to build a new one, the client asked to preserve the original structure.

The original two-story house with a rooftop attic had been built long ago and had become both degraded and inefficiently organized—for example, the entire second floor had only one small bathroom, and the spaces felt disconnected.

This project was carefully discussed, designed, and executed to meet the client’s desire for both luxury and comfort.

This home, built for a couple and their two children, is located on a generously sized plot of land passed down from the grandparents. Next to the construction site is a reserved open area used as a garden.

Situated in a relatively quiet area, the villa was designed to fully accommodate a multi-generational family.

This house was designed for a large family, requiring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a private multimedia room.
