Hanoia is a well-known brand specializing in handcrafted lacquerware. Alongside their production expansion, they maintain strong commitments to preserving traditional craft and protecting the environment.

To support its production expansion goals, Son Ha Group commissioned the design of a large and integrated manufacturing facility. The project includes three factory buildings, one office block, and various auxiliary structures. The production area is designed with scientific efficiency in mind — featuring a well-organized layout for traffic flow and optimal placement of production lines, along with a seamlessly connected internal road system.

This is a major project by MAKINO Group — a globally renowned Japanese brand in the field of precision machining equipment manufacturing. The development is a complex comprising factories, office buildings, and a technology center.
