PPT is a large-scale factory project developed by CWT Group — a well-known Taiwanese brand in the electronics industry.
The factory is comprehensively built with three 2-storey production blocks, a 3-storey office building, and multiple 2-storey auxiliary structures. From the master plan to each individual component, every detail has been carefully designed to ensure both functional efficiency and smooth operations, while creating a grand and iconic architectural complex.
The entrance gate is shaped like a bird’s wing — serving not only as a symbolic element for the PPT factory but also as a distinctive landmark for the entire Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park.
The highlight of the project lies in the office building and main gate area, which are designed with a clear, modern architectural language. The building offers numerous engaging viewpoints; all workspaces benefit from natural light and ventilation. Green areas are strategically arranged around and woven into the office structure.
