Built around 20 years ago, the apartment had significantly deteriorated. The client requested a complete renovation for elderly use. Since it was designed specifically for senior residents, we worked closely with the client to thoroughly ensure maximum safety — from the kitchen system, drawers, to adding seating and handrails in the bathroom. The apartment was designed with a light and simple aesthetic, using sturdy furnishings to create an elegant, practical, and cozy living space.
