Commercial – Service Building

The existing site featured a water garden with a pond edged by natural stone. The client wished to build a small pavilion as a space for tea, conversation, and enjoying the scenery.

This is a mixed-use building located on a major old street in Bac Ninh City. The ground floor is designated for parking, two floors for commercial use, and the upper levels for residential living.

Our client owned a number of used shipping containers and wanted to create a rest-stop complex using these recycled units — as a meaningful gesture toward environmental sustainability. A brilliant idea.

Linh Bun is a clean food brand. When tasked with designing a shop that would both sell food and include a small working area, we proposed a concept that was open and friendly.

A friend of ours wanted to invest in a fashion boutique on a modest-sized site, with a room that features an unusually tall ceiling.
