Situated in a relatively quiet area, the villa was designed to fully accommodate a multi-generational family.

This house was designed for a large family, requiring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a private multimedia room.

This project involved the renovation of a pre-built townhouse.

The house is located in a densely populated residential area, on a trapezoidal plot of land—fortunately with a slightly wider street frontage. Nearby stands a traditional village communal house.

As a typical tube house with a Southwest-facing facade receiving intense sunlight especially during summer. we proposed using a ventilated brick wall at the front to create a buffer zone. This helps prevent the rooms from being exposed directly to the exterior.

The client requested a comfortable and cozy home—a welcoming place to return to, with a spacious ground floor living area that could accommodate multiple tables for family gatherings, and a large kitchen.
