This is a major project by MAKINO Group — a globally renowned Japanese brand in the field of precision machining equipment manufacturing. The development is a complex comprising factories, office buildings, and a technology center.
Based on the investor’s requirements, we designed a project with a simple yet tightly organized architectural form, emphasizing functional efficiency — a hallmark of Japanese projects. Multiple departments are arranged within a single structure to ensure effective integration of various activities, including research, testing, production, training, and product showcasing.
Alongside modern facilities and a green landscape surrounding the factory, we believe the MAKINO plant will become a productive and innovative workplace, meeting the investor’s stringent operational standards.
