To support its production expansion goals, Son Ha Group commissioned the design of a large and integrated manufacturing facility.
The project includes three factory buildings, one office block, and various auxiliary structures. The production area is designed with scientific efficiency in mind — featuring a well-organized layout for traffic flow and optimal placement of production lines, along with a seamlessly connected internal road system.
Although the project requires substantial warehouse space for several large product lines, a significant portion of the land is still reserved for an internal courtyard — with green landscaping, sports facilities, and rest areas.
The office complex is centrally located among the workshops, serving as the operational and management hub. At the same time, it acts as an architectural focal point — enhancing the company’s image and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development.
We proposed an open design solution, with functional blocks arranged around a central landscaped courtyard to create a green, airy, and welcoming environment. The architectural form draws inspiration from the traditional Vietnamese roof, reimagined through a modern design language to evoke a sense of familiarity — like being in a home you know well.
